Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hooga, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns and exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring you have peace of mind when shopping with us. Hooga will accept returns within seven (7) business days after the delivery date of products. You may file your request at [email protected].

Eligibility for Returns
  • The quality of the product is not what I hoped for
  • Product size does not fit your space
  • Style and color does not match the theme of your place
  • You want to change the color of the product you have purchased
Eligibility for Refund
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product accessory is missing
  • Product was not delivered
  • Product was proven to be counterfeit
  • Product was wrongly advertised
  • Wrong product was delivered
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Modified products
  • Items that have been opened with a damaged box, or damaged will not be eligible for return
Return Process
  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call 88189193 / 09177043895 to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping: If you are using a 3rd party platform to return the item, prepare the package to be shipped and place your name and order number on top of the package for better identification. Ship the item back to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Return via Pick-up: If you wish us to pick-up the item, you may send us a request via email or call. We require a handling fee of 500 within the Greater Metro Manila Area only.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15-30 business days upon approval of claim.
Exchange Process
  • Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer support team to request an exchange. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Approval and Shipping: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on returning the original item. We will ship the replacement item upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs for the replacement item may apply.
  • Hooga will not refund the full amount or price difference for the new chosen item. If the chosen exchange item is higher, the customer will pay for the price difference.
  • Upon approval, we will ship the replacement to your address within 7-10 business days within the Greater Metro Manila Area, and 15-20 business days outside Metro Manila.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Additional Information
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 banking days for the refund to be processed.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition.
